RILEM

1. Fees include attendance to all events of the RILEM spring convention 2024 apart from the Gala dinner.

2. The Gala dinner comes at an additional cost of 100 €.

3. A 10% discount applies to RILEM members for only the full registration fees.

4. Attendance to only Standing and Technical Committee meetings requires a one-time fee of 100 €.

5. If you are not a RILEM member, but wish to receive a one-year free trial RILEM membership, send an e-mail to [email protected] with your details and RILEM will contact you after the event.

6. The registration fees cover for one paper submission and presentation and access to all events during the conference, including lunch/coffee breaks. For multiple paper presentations, please contact [email protected]. Submitting a work and not presenting it is not an option.

7. Invitation letters for VISA purposes can be provided upon request to [email protected]. Please include your name and paper title. Note you will be invited to present your paper or to attend the conference (in case of registration without paper presentation), but such invitation cannot be used as part of the documentation required for a business VISA.

8. Refund policy: In case of non-attendance, you shall indicate your intent to receive a refund as early as possible. A penalty of 10% of the registration fee (with a minimum of 50 €) is applied to notices received one month prior to the conference. A penalty of 150 € is applied if notice is given between one month and 10 days prior to the conference. No refund will be issued in case of no notices, or notices received within 10 days prior to the conference.
